You just got a pass, or your first plugin. Here is the shortest path from here to a working site.
About fifteen minutes, and most of that is WordPress doing the work.
1. Get your files
Log in to your account dashboard on 99plugs.com and go to My Downloads. Everything you have access to is there as a zip. Download the plugin you came for, and grab 99plugs-update-manager.zip while you are in there.
Downloads are unlimited. No daily cap, no waiting until tomorrow.
2. Install the Update Manager
This is the piece that makes updates automatic, and it is worth doing before anything else.
In WordPress: Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, Install Now, then Activate Plugin. Full walkthrough in Installing the 99Plugs Update Manager.
3. Enter your update key
Back on 99plugs.com, go to Account → Manage Update Keys. In WordPress, go to Tools → 99Plugs. Copy the item name and the update key across, exactly as they appear.
A VIP Access Pass is one entry for the whole library. If you bought items individually, each one gets its own entry, and so does the Update Manager itself.

4. Install your plugin
Same as any other plugin. Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install, activate.
5. Ignore the license key prompt
This is the part that catches everybody, so it is worth knowing before you hit it.
Most premium plugins will ask you to activate a license. You do not need to. The plugin already works. That prompt is the developer selling their own updates and support, and it was never permission to run the software.
A few plugins behave differently, and My plugin or theme is not activating sorts out which is which in one short table. Read that one before you open a ticket.
That is the setup
Updates now arrive in your WordPress dashboard the way free plugin updates do. Use the plugins on as many sites as you like. Install the Update Manager on each of those sites and repeat step 3.
No per-site limits, no daily caps, nobody policing what you do with the files. Go and build something.
