You bought an Ultimate Bundle, or you have a VIP Access Pass and you are looking at one, and there is no Download button where you expected it. Nothing is broken.
An Ultimate Bundle is not a file. It is access to a set of plugins.
Think of a bundle as a smaller VIP Access Pass. A pass unlocks all 3,000+ plugins and themes we carry. A bundle unlocks one specific group, like every Elementor addon. Neither one is a package that downloads in a single click.
So where do you download from?
Each plugin’s own page. Go to the plugin you want, and if your bundle or pass covers it, the Download button is there. Plugins outside your bundle show a purchase button instead.
That is the same for everyone.
| You have | What you can download | Where |
|---|---|---|
| A VIP Access Pass | Every plugin and theme we carry, including everything in every bundle | Each plugin’s own page |
| An Ultimate Bundle | The plugins that bundle covers | Each plugin’s own page |
| Individual purchases | The items you bought | Each plugin’s own page |
There is no one-click download for a bundle, a pass, or a category. Pass holders download plugin by plugin too.
If you have a VIP Access Pass
You already own everything in every bundle. A pass covers the whole library, and bundles are drawn from that same library.
Bundle pages still show a purchase button when you are signed in. A bundle is a product, so it has a product page and a price like anything else in the store. That button is not telling you your pass is missing something. Go to the individual plugin and it will show Download.
You never need to buy a bundle.
Still not seeing a Download button
If a plugin your pass or bundle covers is showing a purchase button, that is worth a look. Open a ticket with the plugin name and we will check your account.
