WP File Download

WP File Download is a WordPress download manager. You create a file category, drag and drop your files in, and insert a category or a single file directly into your content. Files and categories are unlimited.

Managing files feels like using a desktop file browser. You reorder categories and files by drag and drop, and everything saves on the fly with AJAX. Right-click to copy, cut, paste, edit, set visibility or set a publication date. Five themes change how files display: standard file listing, Google Drive like, table, accordion file tree and file preview with covers. You can apply a theme per category or build your own, and an SVG icon builder customizes file type icons. Access control sets what each user role can download, update or delete, and a file or category can have an owner.

A frontend full-text document search engine indexes files in the background and filters by category, tags and dates. Three Elementor widgets cover a file, a file category and the search engine. You can sync Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and OneDrive Business, import and synchronize server folders, and sell your files through the WooCommerce integration.
