WPMU DEV Forminator Pro
Build forms, quizzes and polls, with Pro PDFs, e-signatures, geolocation and Stripe subscriptions.
About This Plugin
Forminator Pro is a drag and drop form builder for WordPress that also makes quizzes and polls. You build forms for any use case with no code or design work.
Pro adds PDF generation from form submissions, geolocation that detects the user's location and autofills the address, Stripe subscriptions for recurring payments, and an E-Signature field for digital signing. Pro Templates add ready-made presets and cloud templates.
Forms accept Stripe and PayPal payments and support registration and login forms, save and resume, repeatable fields, calculations and conditional logic. Spam protection comes from reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile, and n8n automation triggers workflows when a form is submitted. Quizzes are BuzzFeed-style with lead capture and social sharing. Polls show instant results and embed with shortcodes.
