BookingWP – WooCommerce Appointments

WooCommerce Appointments is a WordPress appointment booking plugin built on top of WooCommerce, so you can use WooCommerce extensions and accept every payment gateway WooCommerce supports. You can request payment or accept appointments for free.

Google Calendar sync works both ways, and staff can sync their own appointments to their own Google calendar. Assign multiple staff to appointments, manage a calendar for each employee and let them log in and set their availability. Set availability, capacity and pricing rules by date, day or hour, with different pricing per staff member or quantity booked. Add padding time between appointments and a scheduling window that limits how far ahead customers can book.

Extra form fields such as checkboxes, options, inputs, color swatches and uploads can add or reduce cost and duration. Time slots convert to the visitor's timezone. Customers can cancel or reschedule on their own, or you can require staff approval before an appointment is confirmed and paid for. Email reminders reduce no-shows, and appointment forms go anywhere with a shortcode. It works with WPML, Polylang, Loco, MultilingualPress and qTranslate, and has REST API support and white label options.
