A RAG vector knowledge base trains the bot on your website data, and you can upload PDF, CSV and other documents so answers link to relevant pages of your site. It supports multiple chatbots with GPT Assistants. AI Insight emails you a daily digest of chat conversations and highlights key points for training the bot. Built-in features include live chat, chat histories, conversational forms, webhooks and WordPress automation.
Onsite retargeting shows special offers, newsletter subscriptions or coupons on exit intent, a time interval or page scroll, inside the chat window. WooCommerce users can recover abandoned carts. WPBot works with virtually any language, and you can change its texts from the plugin dashboard. You can embed it as a widget, a click-to-chat text link, or on other websites.
