Sigma Media Manager

Sigma Media Manager organizes your WordPress media library with virtual folders, a drag-and-drop interface and a modern React UI. It is a standalone plugin and needs nothing else installed.

Build unlimited nested folders and drag files and folders into place. The folders are virtual, so your files stay where they are and nothing breaks. Run bulk operations, search and filter, color folders from 18 presets, resize the sidebar from 200 to 400px, and see file counters and context menus. Upload straight into a folder, and use it from the editor. It handles images, videos, audio, PDFs, EPUB ebooks and documents.

It also adds AI-generated alt text and captions, with bulk runs. Offload files to S3, DigitalOcean, GCS or Cloudflare R2, with links updated on offload and a scan for unused files before you delete. File security and access controls are included.
