Helper OpenAI Chatbot for WordPress

Helper is a chatbot plugin that supports regular and AI bot types. The AI chatbot runs on OpenAI GPT-3 and GPT-4 and answers questions about your site content or products. It can base answers on posts, pages, WooCommerce products or a PDF file, and you set the bot's objective and restrict it to specified content. Assistant API support lets it use up to 100 GB of uploaded documents, and embeddings help it find context-specific information.

The bot combines an FAQ block, a data collection form, an email sending form and the AI bot. Use them together or separately. Responses stream in progressively. Opening triggers include On Load, Inactivity, On Scroll, On Scroll to Element, On Click, On Hover, On Tab Switch and On Exit.

Voice input uses speech recognition, and text to speech uses the WebSpeech API with 40+ languages and more than 160 voices. The bot is multilingual and can add mail, call and social network contacts to reach human support. Submitted data is sent to Google Analytics, and bot logs let you review questions. Style settings with Live Preview cover colors, sizes, backgrounds and borders, with 8 preset positions and a shortcode to place the bot anywhere.
