Amelia – Enterprise-Level Appointment Booking

Amelia is an appointment booking plugin for WordPress that works around the clock, so customers can book appointments and events at any time. It suits spas, salons, clinics, tour guides, consultants, coaches, photographers and other businesses that run on scheduled services.

Customers book through a step-by-step wizard where they choose a service, employee, date and time slot, or through a catalog view that shows all services or a single category with a shortcode. An Employee Panel and a Customer Panel let both sides manage bookings from the front end. Each employee has their own services, schedule, working hours, breaks and days off, and you can manage multiple business locations from one system. Services take prices, durations, capacity, group bookings and buffer times, and extras let customers add items such as meals or tickets. Custom events such as classes, conferences and meetings appear in a front-end event calendar.

Payments run through PayPal, Stripe or on-site, with sandbox and demo modes for testing. Real-time SMS notifications and reminders reach customers and employees.
