None. Download one, download a hundred, download the same file again tomorrow.
Why other sites cap you
Most GPL sites run a “fair use” policy, usually fifteen downloads a day.
Fifteen is fine on a quiet day. You do not need fifteen on a quiet day. You need thirty on the day a client signs off on three sites at once, and that is exactly the day the cap stops you. A limit that only bites when you are busy is a limit designed around the seller, not the buyer.
It gets worse as your work grows. Updates count against the cap too, so once you are maintaining a couple of hundred plugins across client projects, you are spreading routine maintenance over several days because somebody put a number in a settings field.
We have been on that side of it. That is why there is no number here.
What no limit actually means
- No daily cap and no monthly cap
- Updates do not count against anything, because there is nothing to count against
- No throttling, no queue, no slow lane on a busy day
- Nobody watching what you download or how often

The catch
There is not one. We make money because the update service is worth paying for, not by rationing files. A company confident in its product does not need to fence you in.
