The catalog runs to more than 3,000 products and it still will not have everything. If you cannot find what you need, ask for it.
How to ask
Use the plugin request form. It wants the plugin name and the developer’s URL, which is all we need to go and look.
The URL matters more than it sounds. Plugin names repeat, and half a dozen products are called some version of the same three words. A link removes the guessing.
What happens next
We look at whether we can get it. Some products we can, some we cannot, and we do not always know which until we try.
Demand decides most of it. One request for something niche rarely moves on its own. The same product asked for by several people usually does. So it is worth asking even if you suspect somebody already has.
Anything we add turns up in New Additions, and if you hold a pass it is yours to download at no extra cost.
What we will not do
Promise a date. We would rather say nothing than say two weeks and miss it.
Promise every request. Not everything is available to us. The request page says so and we mean it.
If you need a specific plugin today and cannot wait to find out, buy that one from the developer. That is the honest answer, and it is the same one we give about same-day updates.
If it used to be here and now is not
That happens. Products get discontinued by their developers, and when one does, it comes out of the catalog rather than sitting there as a download that will never update again.
If something you had access to has gone, open a ticket and ask. We would rather tell you what happened than leave you looking for it.
