About This Plugin
SupportCandy Workflows is an add-on that automates ticket management in SupportCandy. You build rules from triggers, conditions and actions. Actions include assigning tickets, adding a reply or private note, updating the ticket status and updating ticket fields.
Automatic workflows run on system triggers, such as a new ticket or a status change. When your conditions are met, the workflow runs the actions you defined. Manual workflows have no trigger. They add a widget that lists the workflows matching specific conditions, and users start them from there.
