About This Plugin
This add-on integrates Gravity Forms with SupportCandy so you can create and map multiple ticket forms, which SupportCandy does not allow by default.
Build forms in Gravity Forms and place them on front-end pages. Map each form field to a SupportCandy field for every form you integrate. When a customer submits a form, a new ticket is created with the field values from your mapping.
Mappable fields include Single Line Text, Paragraph Text, Drop Down, Number, Check Boxes, Radio Buttons, Date, Email, File Upload, Captcha and Consent.
