About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy adds CSV export to the ticket list. Users export tickets from the List Actions menu, and the export uses the current filter. If the list shows only the category General, only those tickets export.
You set who can export, such as agent roles, registered users or guest users. You also choose the fields to export and their order, separately for agent and customer views.
