About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy closes tickets automatically after a set number of days of inactivity. The administrator chooses the number of days and which ticket statuses count.
Set multiple warning email notifications to go out to the customer before the ticket closes. If the customer does not respond after the warnings, the ticket closes after the set number of days.
