About This Plugin
This add-on integrates Easy Digital Downloads into SupportCandy. Customers select a product or order when they create a ticket, and agents see the customer's order details inside the ticket.
It adds two custom field types, EDD Product and EDD Order, that you can put in the ticket form. Customers see a Get Help button on the purchase history page that opens the Support page with the order already selected. Agents can view order history, total spent and order details within the ticket.
