About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy creates groups of users or companies, so a supervisor can manage all tickets created by the group's members. It helps when employees of an organization create the tickets and you need to know which company each one is from.
Set up usergroups with members and supervisors. Members, if allowed, choose whether to create a private ticket or which usergroup it is for, and agents, if allowed, can change a ticket's usergroup. Create custom fields for usergroups to store details like phone numbers, addresses and websites. Show usergroups in the ticket list and filter tickets by them.
