About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy connects your Slack channel to your help desk. You get real-time notifications as soon as a customer submits a ticket or replies, and each notification embeds the ticket URL for one-click access.
Your team can reply directly from Slack thread replies. You can associate Slack users with agents, and if no match is found, the Fallback agent posts the response.
SupportCandy verifies incoming Slack webhook calls with Slack's API verification process, so only Slack can call the webhook.
