SupportCandy Schedule Tickets

This add-on for SupportCandy creates tickets automatically on a recurring schedule. Use it for tasks like daily maintenance or a weekly website backup, and your team closes the tickets.

The administrator sets the recurring time and ticket information. Four recurrence periods are available: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, with options such as every x working day, every x week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or every x month on the second Friday. Set a start date, and end the schedule with no end date, after x times or on an end date.
