About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy collects customer feedback and ratings for tickets you close.
Set multiple survey email templates, sent a number of days after closing. The email has rating links like Terrible, Bad, Good and Excellent. A click opens the feedback page, where the customer can add optional feedback. If enabled, the survey window appears when the customer closes the ticket.
Ratings are customizable: add, modify or delete them, and write custom confirmation text for each. A Customer Feedback menu lists all feedback, filterable by rating. Ratings also show in the ticket widget, and you can filter the ticket list by rating.
