SupportCandy Private Credentials

This add-on for SupportCandy lets customers share sensitive information inside a ticket, such as cPanel access, administrative access or FTP details. Without it, information shared in a reply is visible to every agent with read permission and goes out in email notifications.

A Private Credentials widget on the ticket page lets the customer add, edit and delete credentials. The information is stored encrypted in the database. Agents with the capability can view, add, modify and delete credentials.

Three agent capabilities, View Credentials, Modify Credentials and Delete Credentials, apply to unassigned tickets, tickets assigned to the agent and tickets assigned to others.
