Easy Digital Downloads Zapier

Zapier is an Easy Digital Downloads extension that sends order and customer data to over 5,000 third-party web services through a Zapier account. Those services include Twilio, Gmail, Salesforce, Xero, Zendesk, Slack, MailChimp and Google Docs.

Use cases include email and SMS notifications, adding leads to a CRM, creating invoices in accounting software, updating mailing lists, adding orders to a spreadsheet and opening help desk tickets.

Core triggers are new customer, updated customer, new order created, pending order created, order failed, order abandoned, order refunded, order revoked, pre-approved order created and file downloaded. Recurring Payments adds subscription triggers such as new subscription, renewal payment processed and subscription cancelled. Software Licensing adds license key triggers such as created, activated, deactivated and expired.
