Ninja Forms – Multi-Part Forms

This add-on turns any Ninja Forms form into a step-by-step form. Open a form, click the plus icon to add a step, then drag fields between steps and drag the step tabs to reorder them. There is no limit to the number of steps.

A progress bar fills as users finish each step. Breadcrumbs add clickable step labels so users can jump back to review earlier answers. Turn on either, both or neither in the form's Advanced settings. Each step has a name that shows in the builder tabs, progress bar and breadcrumbs. Per-step validation flags missing fields in the current step, so users fix errors as they go.

With the Conditional Logic add-on, you can show or hide entire steps based on user input. With the Save Progress add-on, users can save their place and return later. Forms work on desktop and mobile.
