Ninja Forms – Campaign Monitor

Ninja Forms - Campaign Monitor connects any Ninja Forms form to your Campaign Monitor subscriber list, with no code. Install it, paste your API Key and Client ID into Ninja Forms settings, and your forms are connected.

Choose the subscriber list for each form and switch it any time from the form action settings. A refresh button pulls in newly created lists. Field mapping sends a name, custom fields and any other subscriber data, not only an email address.

A dedicated opt-in field type handles consent. When the user checks it, the Campaign Monitor action runs and adds them to your list. When it is unchecked, the action is skipped, with no Conditional Logic setup.
