Ninja Forms – ActiveCampaign

Ninja Forms - ActiveCampaign connects your Ninja Forms forms to your ActiveCampaign account. Every submission adds a contact to the list you choose, applies the tags you set and fills in the contact fields. Each form can target a different list.

Map any form field to the built-in ActiveCampaign fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Organization Name) or to custom fields from your account. Enter tags as a comma-separated list in the form's action settings to segment contacts or trigger automations. If your account uses double opt-in, new contacts go through the ActiveCampaign confirmation flow.

Connect with your API URL and API Key. Turn on Dev Mode to enter separate credentials per form, so different forms feed different ActiveCampaign accounts. The add-on is not ActiveCampaign's own WordPress plugin, which embeds forms hosted in ActiveCampaign. Here you build the form in WordPress.
