Ninja Forms – Constant Contact

Ninja Forms - Constant Contact connects your WordPress site to Constant Contact and turns any form into a signup form. Authorize from the Ninja Forms settings with one-click OAuth, with no API keys to copy.

Add the Constant Contact action to a form and pick the list from a dropdown in the form builder. You can map submissions to a specific Interest Group within the list. Field mapping covers First Name, Last Name and Email. A built-in opt-in checkbox skips the subscription when it is left unchecked, with no Conditional Logic needed.

Pair it with the Ninja Forms Conditional Logic add-on to route subscribers to different lists based on their answers. Unlimited notifications, custom success messages, redirects and Layout & Styles are included.
