Gravity Forms WordPress Plugin

Gravity Forms is a WordPress form builder for capturing leads, collecting payments and automating workflows. The visual form editor lets you drag and drop fields, with over 30 field types, pre-built templates and previews in real time.

Conditional logic shows or hides fields, sections, pages and buttons based on user input. Column layouts support up to four columns per row, and forms can be built to WCAG 2.1AA accessibility standards. File upload fields save documents and photos directly to your server. You can connect payment apps such as Stripe, PayPal and Square, and use the same tool for registrations, subscriptions, donations and product sales.

What you get depends on the license. The Basic license covers one site and includes the HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Campaign Monitor add-ons. The Pro license covers three sites and adds the Stripe, Dropbox, Square, Zapier, Slack and Trello add-ons. The Elite license covers unlimited sites, WordPress Multisite and every add-on, including User Registration, Conversational Forms, Partial Entries, Polls, Signature and Survey.
