gAppointments – Appointment Booking Addon for Gravity Forms

gAppointments is an appointment booking add-on for Gravity Forms. It schedules appointments inside your forms, for any business that depends on an appointment calendar. Bookings can be paid or non-paid, with any payment gateway.

Set up services per form with interval time slots or custom time slots. Options include duration, cleanup, capacity, lead time, show end times and max bookings per date, plus price per slot for custom slots. Schedule appointments in the future on an interval of days, within a date range, or only on custom dates. Providers have their own work hours, breaks and holidays and can edit their schedule from the front end. A registered user can be assigned as a provider.

Clients and providers manage appointments on the front end and can add them to their calendar, with Google Calendar and Yahoo links in emails. Appointments can be auto-confirmed, auto-completed or cancelled when unpaid after a time interval. Email notifications use custom HTML emails, and SMS notifications use Twilio with the free WP Twilio Core plugin. It works with Gravity Perks Preview Submission and Multi-Page Navigation, and supports translation per form.
