About This Plugin
This add-on for Gravity Forms connects your forms to Agile CRM. A submission can add a new contact or update an existing one, replacing or appending data, with form fields mapped to Agile CRM fields and tags assigned.
It also creates tasks. You set the task subject, a due date counted in days from submission, a priority of High, Normal or Low, and a status of Yet To Start, In Progress or Completed. Create a contact and a task together and the task links to the new contact.
Conditional logic controls when contacts or tasks are created, so only qualified submissions trigger CRM actions.
