GeoDirectory Location Manager

Location Manager is a GeoDirectory add-on for directories that cover more than one city. The core GeoDirectory plugin on WordPress.org allows listings in one location only. This add-on adds unlimited countries, regions, cities and neighborhoods.

Locations populate while a user adds a listing, with details from the Google API or OpenStreetMap, so you do not prefill them. You can limit the directory to chosen locations. Each location page has its own meta info, text description and featured image, and GeoDirectory generates sitemaps for locations when Yoast SEO is installed. A merge tool combines duplicate locations and fixes the affected permalinks.

The smart location switcher suggests nearby cities, searches locations as you type, falls back to geocoding, keeps recent searches and sits in any menu, shortcode, widget or block. Near me searches use mobile GPS or HTML5 geolocation (HTTPS required), with a draggable map pin as the fallback. Widgets include Location Switcher, Locations, Near Me Button and Location Description.
