GeoDirectory Booking Marketplace

GeoDirectory Booking Marketplace turns your GeoDirectory listings into bookable products. It lets you run a vacation rental marketplace where property owners sell their bookings and you earn a commission on each one.

You take a commission on every booking and can add a service fee on top. Payments go through GetPaid, and you choose whether guests pay in full, pay a deposit or pay nothing at the time of booking. Owners pick from several cancellation policies, and pending bookings that stay unpaid are canceled after a time limit you set. Owner earnings sit in a GetPaid wallet, and owners can request a withdrawal at any time. The booking and guest emails can be changed to fit your brand.

Owners set a standard nightly price or custom prices for single days, and offer discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings and early bookings. They can set minimum and maximum stay lengths, restrict check-in and check-out days, and block dates when a property is unavailable. One listing can hold several rooms, each with its own pricing and availability. iCal import and export keep bookings in sync with outside calendars.
