GeoDirectory Custom Post Types

This add-on lets you create as many custom post types as your GeoDirectory directory needs. By default GeoDirectory offers a single custom post type, Places. With more of them you can divide categories and manage features and parameters per post type, for listing types like accommodation, doctors, churches and items for sale.

Each custom post type has its own form builder for custom fields, prices, custom categories and tags. It also gets its own sidebar menu and management system, just like Places. You can set a post type as location-less to list websites or online services without a physical location.

Custom post type linking connects one or more post types. A Hospital listing can show a tab of all the Doctors who work there, and each Doctor can link back to the hospital. Together with the Advanced Search Filters add-on you can search and filter per post type, such as Free WiFi or Pets Allowed for a Hotels post type.
