PublishPress Checklists Pro
Make writers finish a checklist before publishing, with Pro checks for WooCommerce and images.
About This Plugin
PublishPress Checklists Pro adds premium features to PublishPress Checklists, which turns your editorial standards into a checklist writers complete before a post or page goes live. It needs the free PublishPress Checklists plugin from WordPress.org.
The tasks show beside each post and page and turn complete as writers meet them. Make each check required, recommended or ignored, and set minimum and maximum values for word count, title length, categories, tags and more. Add your own items, such as fact checks or style-guide steps, require approval from a user in a chosen role, require featured images and alt text, and set how many internal and external links a post needs. The OpenAI integration checks tone, spelling and grammar.
Checklists Pro adds over 20 requirements for WooCommerce products, controls for image counts and featured-image dimensions, and checks for SEO plugins and ACF fields.
