PublishPress Capabilities Pro

PublishPress Capabilities Pro adds premium features to PublishPress Capabilities, which gives you control over every permission on your WordPress site. It needs the free PublishPress Capabilities plugin from WordPress.org.

Decide which roles can publish, read, edit and delete posts, pages and custom post types. Create a role or copy an existing one, on a single site or across a multisite network, and every change is backed up so you can restore an earlier setup. Set who can upload and edit media, manage taxonomy terms, and work with WooCommerce products, orders and coupons.

Tailor the workspace by role: hide editor panels, dashboard widgets and toolbar links, edit the admin menu, trim the Profile screen and hide admin notices. On the front end, show navigation links by role or login status. With PublishPress Statuses or Permissions, Capabilities Pro also decides which roles can move posts into custom statuses.
