About This Plugin
This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro shows a required Reason for Cancelling field on your Membership Cancel page. Members must complete it before they can finish cancelling. You learn why members leave.
The reason is stored for each member and shows in a panel on the Edit Member screen. It is also added to the cancellation emails sent to the member and the site admin. The !!reason!! replacement variable customizes email layouts.
There is nothing to set up. The Reason textarea appears as soon as you activate the add-on.
