Paid Memberships Pro – Email Templates

This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro lets you customize member emails from the Memberships, Settings, Email Templates screen. You edit the subject line, the recipients including CC and BCC, and the body. The body field uses the standard WordPress visual and text editor, so editing feels like editing a post.

Templates cover checkout emails for paid, free and check or manual orders, account change emails, and payment and billing emails such as payment failure and refund. Most have an admin version too.

You can disable any email, send a test version to your own address, or reset a template to the latest default.
