About This Plugin
This add-on connects Ninja Forms to Zoho CRM with no code. It supports six modules: Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Potentials (Deals), Notes and Tasks. One submission can create records in several modules, and the add-on links them together.
The Add to Zoho CRM action has a full-screen drag-and-drop field mapper. Map form fields to any standard or custom Zoho field, or set constant values such as a Lead Source of Web Form. Custom fields support picklists, dates, booleans and multi-select, with automatic formatting. Date fields accept relative intervals like 2 days.
Submissions trigger your Zoho workflow rules and approval processes. EU, Australian, Chinese and Indian endpoints are supported. The connection uses OAuth 2.0 with a Self Client application from Zoho's Developer Console.
