About This Plugin
This add-on connects your Ninja Forms to Zapier, so every submission can trigger an action in more than 5,000 apps, with no code. Apps include Google Sheets, Slack and HubSpot.
Add a Zapier action under Emails and Actions and paste in the webhook URL that Zapier generates. In Zapier, select Ninja Forms as the trigger with New Submission as the event, or describe your workflow to Zapier's Copilot. After a test submission, map each form field to a field in the destination app. Multi-step Zaps let one submission update a spreadsheet, notify Slack and add a CRM contact together.
It works with Conditional Logic, so Zaps fire only when your conditions are met. After you change form fields, run another test submission to re-sync.
