Ninja Forms – Stripe

This add-on connects your Stripe account to any Ninja Forms form. Accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfers, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL and Sofort, as long as they are enabled in your Stripe account. Choose card-only mode or all-methods mode.

Set the amount as a fixed price, a calculated total, a value from a form field or a recurring subscription plan. Let customers enter their own amount for donations or tips. Apply discount codes at checkout. Recurring payments connect to Stripe subscription plans by Plan ID, with optional trial periods.

Pass product names, descriptions, images and custom metadata to Stripe. Merge tags such as {stripe:chargeID} and {stripe:customerID} put payment details into emails and success messages. Test with Stripe test API keys before you switch to live keys.
