Ninja Forms – Slack

This add-on sends a notification to your Slack workspace the moment someone submits a form. There is no polling, no delay and no third-party service in between.

Each Slack action points to a webhook URL for a specific channel, so a contact form can post to #support and a quote form to #sales. Include @mentions for team members or user groups, or use @channel and @here. The message body is free-form text with merge tags, so submitted names, emails and messages show up in Slack.

It connects through Slack's Incoming Webhooks, with no OAuth app approval. The action is set per form, so each form has its own webhook URL and message template.
