Ninja Forms – Scheduled Exports

Scheduled Submissions Export sends CSV files of your form submissions to any email address on a schedule you define: hourly, daily or weekly. Recipients need no WordPress login.

Each export holds only the submissions from that period. Hourly exports cover the past hour, daily exports the past 24 hours and weekly exports the past seven days. Send to several addresses with a comma-separated list, set a custom subject line, and pick the hour for daily sends or the day and hour for weekly sends.

Each form runs its own schedule, and multiple schedules per form are supported. One admin page lists all active schedules site-wide with edit links. Exports run on WordPress cron, so they fire when a page loads on your site at or around the scheduled time. On low-traffic sites, delivery comes on the next page load.
