About This Plugin
This add-on turns any Ninja Forms submission into a customizable PDF. Design the template inside the form builder with a rich text editor, HTML formatting and merge tags that pull in form data. No Adobe Acrobat or code is needed.
Add your logo, company name and address to the header, and page numbers, dates or custom text to the footer. Position content left, center or right. Name each file with merge tags, such as the submitter's name or the date.
Attach the PDF to any Ninja Forms email action with one setting. Export a PDF from any stored submission on the admin Submissions page. Electronic signatures are embedded in the PDF automatically. Use it for contracts, invoices, applications, receipts and certificates.
