Ninja Forms – MailPoet
Turn any Ninja Forms form into a MailPoet signup form, with conditional logic to pick lists.
About This Plugin
This add-on for Ninja Forms connects forms to MailPoet. It is compatible with version 3 of the official MailPoet plugin. Any form on your site can become a signup form: add a MailPoet action, select your list, map form fields to account fields and start collecting signups.
A signup field is added to the form, and every time the box is checked you have a new subscriber. Conditional Logic signs visitors up to different lists based on the preferences they express in the form.
You control each form's functionality, including unlimited email notifications to multiple parties, success messages and redirects. Ninja Forms' Layout and Styles customize the look on any device or screen size.
