About This Plugin
This add-on integrates Ninja Forms with Help Scout. Support requests from your WordPress forms go straight into your Help Scout account.
Place a support request form on any post, page or product. Each new customer gets an auto-populated, editable profile that holds the history of their interactions with you.
Help Scout itself adds workflow automation, ticket tagging, notes with team member mentions, reply templates, reporting and analytics.
