Export Ninja Forms submissions to .xlsx or .xls with chosen fields and date ranges.
About This Plugin
This add-on downloads your Ninja Forms entries as Excel spreadsheets in .xlsx or .xls format with one click. Go to Ninja Forms > Excel Export, select a form, choose your fields and download.
Check the fields to include and drag them to set column order. Filter by date range, or by field value with conditions such as CONTAINS, IS EMPTY, GREATER THAN and LESS THAN. Batch processing handles thousands of submissions without timeouts or memory issues.
File references from the File Uploads add-on are included in the spreadsheet. It works with forms built with the Multi-Part Forms add-on, and the fields from every step are available for export. Forms need the Store Submissions action enabled.
