Ninja Forms – ConvertKit

Ninja Forms - ConvertKit connects your Ninja Forms forms to Kit, formerly ConvertKit. Every submission becomes a new subscriber in Kit. Connect by entering your V3 API key in the Ninja Forms settings.

Map the form's email field, choose the Kit form that receives new subscribers, and optionally enroll them in a Kit email sequence the moment they submit. Apply Kit tags at submission, and map any form field to a Kit subscriber custom field.

For multiple Kit accounts, add several Kit actions to one form and use the Ninja Forms Conditional Logic add-on to control which action fires. The add-on is not Kit's own WordPress plugin, which embeds Kit-hosted forms. Here you build a WordPress form with your own fields and layout.
