About This Plugin
The Zoho CRM Add-On connects your Gravity Forms with Zoho CRM. Form submissions become contacts and leads in Zoho, feeding your mailing lists and sales pipelines.
Every submission can add a new contact or update an existing one. Map form data to the right Zoho contact fields, including custom keys, assign a contact owner and lead source, and send uploaded files along as attachments.
For leads, set the owner, rating, status and source. You can also create a task linked to the contact or lead, with a subject, due date and owner. Conditional logic sends data to Zoho only when specific criteria are met.
