About This Plugin
The Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On sends form submission data to external APIs, automation platforms and other applications. Use it to build custom integrations with services Gravity Forms does not support directly, without a dedicated add-on.
Choose GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE and send data in JSON or FORM format. Pass all form fields or select specific data, add custom headers for authentication and use merge tags for dynamic values. Conditional logic sends a webhook only when your conditions are met.
Send leads to platforms like Drip or Klaviyo, or sync submissions to Google Sheets and Airtable.
