About This Plugin
The Slack Add-On notifies your team the moment a form is submitted. Every Gravity Forms submission can trigger a Slack message, so new leads, support requests and applications show up where your team already works.
Send messages to a specific channel, a private group or an individual. Create multiple feeds to notify several people or teams. Build each message from static text, merge tags or both, and attach images uploaded with the submission.
Conditional logic sends a notification only when your conditions are met.
