About This Plugin
The Gravity Forms Signature Add-On collects electronic signatures directly in your WordPress forms. Add signature fields to contracts, consent forms and applications, with no printing or scanning.
Users sign with a touchscreen, touchpad or mouse on desktop, tablet or phone. Signatures convert to PNG files and attach to form entries, where you can view them in your dashboard or include them in PDFs. Customize the signature pad with background colors, border styles, pen colors and pad size.
Use it for NDAs, service contracts, job agreements, liability waivers, medical consent, photo releases, loan applications and grant submissions.
